Our monthly compilation and review of financial statements and planning is to assist you in your success as a business owner.

Services may include setting up an accounting system that best suits your activities in accordance with Small Business Practices and the IRS requirements.

Monthly Services include the following, but not limited to:

• Bank Reconciliation
• Review and correction of General Ledger
• Inventory, Cost of Goods Tracking (if Applicable)
• Proper handling of new Assets and Depreciation
• Payroll Reports – 941/Mesc/940/State W/H
• Back Up Accounting Files – Off Site
• Loan Amortization
• Any other items specific to your type of business
• Provide accurate monthly Financial Statements
• Review of Monthly Financial Statements

We provide these services both online and onsite for our clients.  The modes of communication used are fax, email, PC Anywhere. 

We offer a complimentary one-hour consultation to discuss your accounting and business consulting needs. 

Regular monthly rates are determined once the initial set-up is completed (if it applies); the regular monthly rate is established based on the client’s involvement and services needed.  

The established monthly rate is due at the first of the month that is being processed.  We will review your monthly rate with you periodically and make any needed adjustments, based on the status of your business.
